kate
I’m one of the very lucky people who can say that I love my job. I’ve been a devotee of Pilates for over 16 years and completed my Empathy Pilates teacher training with Paul 10 years ago.
Pilates has allowed me the physical capabilities to live a fun and active life. It gives me so much satisfaction helping my lovely Pilates clients do the same. Working alongside my like-minded, very clever and funny colleagues makes ‘work’ a joy.
You can find me in the studio on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
matt
Matt started his Pilates journey back in 2006 on the advice of a friend to deal with recurring injury problems. It didn’t take long before Matt fell in love with Pilates as he gradually built strength, reduced pain and started to avoid injury. After becoming a teacher, Matt is now passionate about telling anyone who will listen how much Pilates can literally transform lives.
Matt brings to Pilates a background in organisational and sport psychology, personal training and many years of consulting and management. These diverse skills provide him with fantastic insight to help his clients.
You can enjoy Matt’s teaching early Tuesday mornings and he jumps in to help cover classes wherever he can.
